To book please:

1. Check the flat is available for the date/s you require by clicking here. You should also check rate applicable for your desired date/s by clicking here. Please make contact via mail or telephone to confirm availability before any payment is made.
   
   
2. A deposit of one third of the weekly rate is payable by cheque at the time of booking.
   
   
3. Six weeks before your start date, the balance is payable, plus £100 breakages deposit, by cheque. The £100 breakages deposit cheque is returned at the end of the holiday (unless, in the unlikely event, it is required).

If we have to cancel your booking at any time, your payments will be returned in full.

If you cancel up to eight weeks before your start date 50% of your payment will be returned. For cancellations up to four weeks before your start, 25% will be returned. For less than four weeks, there will be no refund.
